We begin processing orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. If you need to make changes or cancel, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at info@shoplovera.in.

Once the order has been shipped, modifications are no longer possible.

Return and Exchange
  • Only if the item is defective.
  • Only size exchanges are eligible within 48 hours of delivery, provided they are unworn and unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Refund Method: Store Credit Only- Please note: All approved returns will be refunded exclusively as store credit.We do not offer monetary refunds back to your original payment method (such as credit card, bank account, or digital wallets like Paytm). Instead, we will issue you digital store credit equivalent to the value of the returned item(s), including any applicable taxes.
  • If the seal/tag is broken, it will not be refunded or exchanged.
